We want you to love your Petty Box. If something's wrong with your order, we're here to help.

Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.

Non-delivery: If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll investigate and issue a replacement or refund.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
